"Being a guide is a very difficult job. On the one hand the client wants to discover for himself and not feel that he is being led all the time.
On the other hand the client wants quality information to enrich his experience. Jakub has the ability to offer both aspects exceptionally well. Jakub felt much more like a friend than a guide and on two occasions that I have visited Poland he has enriched the experience and left me wanting more. I have vast experience of tours including Exodus and Explore and Jakub would rate right at the top".
"Jakob from Insiders was our guide in Poland. He is always well informed and knows more than usual tour guides. My girlfriend was with me too and even though initially she was not very interested in the tour of my family sites after the time spent with Jakob she really enjoyed it. So I can really recommend Jakob and his friends if anyone wants to get more info about the interesting history of this part of Europe".

"Jakub Czuprynski and Insiders helped me organise a party in Krakow for 350 people coming from all over the world... ! He is very efficient but easy going and fun and can adapt quickly to any change of plans. He is quick to understand what people need and want and knows all the right people. What is more, he makes Polish history enjoyable for the whole family.
I couldn't have done it without him!"

"We really enjoyed the walking tours with Jakub from Insiders - it was the perfect way to experience Cracow, an interesting and beautiful city. A walk around the city with someone that could tell us more about its history and show us places and things we would never have found ourselves. We really recommend taking one of these tours if you visit Cracow!"

"Our school (St. Columba's College, Ireland) took 40 pupils on a visit to Krakow. For the guided tour, we divided into two groups and had a tour in English of the historic centre and Kazimierz.
The tour lasted for nearly three hours and the guides had a wealth of fascinating information both historical and contemporary. They held the attention of our pupils and involved them in discussion. Our students learnt an enormous amount, while being thoroughly entertained. On a future trip we would certainly use the same company.

"My friend and I took the Night Taxi and we thought it was wonderful. We went around town and seen some important locations. The tour was intimate and informative. We enjoyed the drink and the company that night. But what we really liked was the projection photos. Thank you for a memorable Krakow!"

"The Insiders are not only guides, they are fascinating people, very passionate abou their city ! We highly recommend Insiders' services as they easily convert a sighseeing tour into an extraordinary adventure. Our guests love "Night taxi" which is unusual mixture of a guided tour and adventurous trip, accompanied by a special soundtrack, spiced with urban legends and most mysterious stories about the city. The highlight of this tour is tasting delicious bread in private bakery of Kazimierz Quarter at midnight and watching an outdoor projection of unique old photos of Krakow. We also recommend other Insiders' tour "The Women of Krakow" and private bicycle tours".
